1. Return & Replacement Window

We offer a 7-Day Return & Replacement Window starting from the day your shipment is marked as delivered by the courier partner. If you receive a defective, damaged, leaking, or incorrect item, you can request an exchange or full refund within 7 days.

2. Damaged or Leaking Items in Transit

Due to the liquid nature of cleaning chemicals, packages can occasionally experience rough handling during transit. If your bottle arrives damaged, cracked, or leaking:

• We provide a 100% Free Replacement without extra fees.
• Send an email to support@saflivo.shop within 48 hours of delivery.
• Attach 1 to 2 clear photos showing the damaged or leaking bottle and the outer shipping label.
• Our team will dispatch a replacement bottle within 24 business hours.

3. Eligibility for Standard Returns

To be eligible for a standard return or exchange:

• The product bottle must be unused with its original cap and trigger nozzle intact.
• All original packaging and labels must be included.
• A valid proof of purchase (Order Confirmation Email, Invoice, or Order ID) must be provided.

4. Return Process Step-by-Step

1. Send an email to support@saflivo.shop mentioning your Order ID and the reason for the return or replacement.
2. Our support team will review your request within 24 business hours and approve the return.
3. A reverse courier pickup will be scheduled from your delivery address.

5. Refund Timelines & Methods

Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse and completes quality verification:

• Prepaid Orders (Cards, NetBanking, UPI, Wallets): The refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Our support team will request your preferred UPI ID or bank account details, and the refund will be credited within 24 to 48 hours.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse by emailing us at support@saflivo.shop. Once an order is in transit with the courier partner, cancellation is not possible, but you can initiate a return after delivery.
